We accept returns within 15 days of your order, providing your item has not been used and is in the same condition it arrived in. The refund will be issued once we receive the item. The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.
If an order is returned to us as the result of the customer providing an insufficient address, or failing to collect the package in the given time period, we will need to charge the cost of shipping for the second delivery attempt.
