Shipping Times
Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in-house by Bien Mal. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to pack your order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. Please note, during busy and promotional periods, we can often have delays.
Track Your Goods
You will receive a tracking number in an email once the order ships. U.S and Canada orders travel by UPS, and international orders travel by DHL or UPS.
International Orders
Duties and taxes are not included in international orders. The charges will be responsible to be paid for by the customer.
